Apéritif de Voiron

INGREDIENTS

basil leaves
1
oz (30 ml)
Chartreuse
1/4
oz (10 ml)
lemon juice
4
pineapple chunks
1
splash Prosecco or cava
1/4
oz (10 ml)
sugar syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle basil and pineapple in a Boston glass.
  2. Add all other ingredients and ice.
  3. Shake and fi ne strain into a coupe-style martini glass.
  4. Top with Prosecco or cava.
  5. Garnish with 2 edible fl owers.
