Chartreuse

oz (10 ml)
lemon juice

pineapple chunks
1
splash Prosecco or cava
1/4
oz (10 ml)
sugar syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Muddle basil and pineapple in a Boston glass.
- Add all other ingredients and ice.
- Shake and fi ne strain into a coupe-style martini glass.
- Top with Prosecco or cava.
- Garnish with 2 edible fl owers.
