Blueberry Hill

INGREDIENTS

Blueberries

oz (30 ml)
Bombay Sapphire gin
1
cn
Canned baby pear
1
oz (30 ml)
Egg white
1
oz (30 ml)
Giffard Pear liqueur
1/2
oz (20 ml)
Lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Muddle blueberries and baby pear in a Boston mixing glass
  2. Add lemon juice, egg white, alcohol and shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a heavy rocks filled glass filled with ice
  4. Garnish with 10 thin pear slices, fanned on a bamboo skewer
