Blueberries

Bombay Sapphire gin

Canned baby pear

oz (30 ml)
Egg white

oz (30 ml)
Giffard Pear liqueur
1/2
oz (20 ml)
Lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Muddle blueberries and baby pear in a Boston mixing glass
- Add lemon juice, egg white, alcohol and shake with ice
- Double strain into a heavy rocks filled glass filled with ice
- Garnish with 10 thin pear slices, fanned on a bamboo skewer
