brandy

oz (30 ml)
Tuaca liqueur
3/4
oz (20 ml)
fresh squeezed lemon juice

Brown Sugar syrup*

DIRECTIONS

  1. *Make Brown Sugar Syrup by dissolving 50% brown sugar into 50% boiling water.
  2. Shake ingredients over ice and strain into champagne flute. Top up cocktail with cava. Garnish with a lemon twist.
