Beef Bourguignon Garnish
INGREDIENTS

lb (450 g)
cremini mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed and cut into quarters

tsp (10 ml)
garlic, chopped finely

tbsp (20 ml)
olive oil

salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- For garnish, heat olive oil over high heat in a large skillet.
- When hot, add mushrooms and sauté until brown and juices have evaporated (about 8 minutes).
- Add garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Add mushrooms to beef and stir to combine.
