Japanese Dumpling Dipping Sauce

Hon’s XO chili sauce or to taste

light Japanese soy sauce

cup (60 ml)
sake

tsp (10 ml)
sugar, to taste

cup (60 ml)
water
DIRECTIONS
- Combine and mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and heat in microwave for 30 seconds until warm.
- Stir to ensure sugar is dissolved.
